Ray Zingler, CPPS 

Owner - Strength & Conditioning Coach

Ray is the owner of Zingler Strength & Conditioning, LLC and is recognized as a Certified Physical Preparation Specialist, one of the industry's leading certifications endorsed by world renowned performance coaches Joe DeFranco of DeFranco's Gym and Jim Smith of Diesel Strength & Conditioning.  

Ray has been serving the North Metro Atlanta area since 2009. His blue collar, nothing fancy, just consistency and hard work approach to research based training has allowed him to serve his wide range of clientele. From middle school, high school, and college athletes to business professionals, military personnel, and busy moms, Ray has the experience to design training programs specific to each individual's needs. Ray has also worked with Physical Therapists to provide safe rehabilitation training programs for athletes returning from injuries, as well as Occupational Therapists for special needs clients.

Ray was born in Spartanburg, SC and was raised in Marietta, GA. He attended Lassiter High School where he was a 4 year football letterman and Kennesaw State University where he studied Exercise Science. He currently resides in Woodstock, GA and operates Zingler Strength & Conditioning in Marietta.

Jarrod is the assistant coach at Zingler Strength and Conditioning. He is ACE certified, the leading nonprofit exercise professional coach certification organization. It is NCCA- accredited.

Jarrod grew up with Ray in Marietta, GA and was a client of Zingler Strength and Conditioning when it first opened years ago. He attended Mount Paran Christian School where he played Football. He then attended Lee University where he received a Bachelor Degree in Health Science with an emphasis on wellness and fitness.

Jarrod has used what he has learned to help others from all ages to reach their goals and achieve success. He has trained clients from the ages of 13 to 70 years old. He believes in commitment, hard work, and consistency is all you need to succeed. His training style may be considered old school, but it has proven to be consistently effective with each client.
