“Ugh these resolutioners are taking up my gym!”
It ain’t your gym, bro.
And it’s people like you who discourage these people from improving.
‘My gym’ is actually my gym.
And my gym is wide ass open for anyone looking to start their journey.
We’ll gladly guide you, too.”

The globo gym is a wild place to me. I haven’t been to one in decades, but from what I hear and see, it’s wild.
It’s a place full of half-naked people with phones slapped on tripods videoing themselves doing butt exercises or curls while people walk through, in, and around the PUBLIC gym.
I mean what in the hell?
I’m all about videoing and quality content creation (for educational/encouragement purposes) but to do this in a public place?
Go buy your own gym and video yourself or at least train in a private training gym where this is acceptable.
The funny part about it is that these gym bros and leggings queens are the same people who complain about the new year’s resolutioners taking up space in “their” gym.
It’s the same thing around this time of year, every year with complaints on twitter and meme’s galore on IG.
It’s not “your gym”. You have no financial investment/ownership in the place. You pay a cut rate, recurring fee each month to rent access to their equipment. You’re a (small) number in their books.
Any and every one has a right to pay rent to go there.
And contrary to popular belief..
The gyms aren’t actually going to be FLOODED with resolutioners.
Folks who desire to take control of their health (life) are going to be apprehensibly trickling back in, knowing the guys in racer back tanks and chicks in leggings that are too small are going to be there, ego’s in tow, ready to make them feel inferior.
But what if we didn’t do that?
What if we encouraged others?
Welcomed them to the mix?
Became a resource for them?
You know how when you make a cringe Instagram post about “using the gym to fight your demons” (with a bathroom mirror flex photo)?
What if these people want the same thing you want?
“My gym” is actually my gym.
And not only do we welcome ANYONE getting started for the first time or coming back from a gym hiatus…
We are overwhelmingly excited to help ease you into a routine that will benefit your life, globally.
