Their Teen Years Are Their Most Critical To Be Properly Coached In All Things Health & Fitness

But people miss it, all to save a few bucks (renewable) at the expense of time (nonrenewable).

‘You don’t have a clue what you’re doing in regards to training? Head down to the local fitness center & spin your wheels for 4 years, all to still have small arms. It’s cheaper!’

It sounds simple, but here’s the truth:

Those who get it, get it, and those who don’t, don’t.

And I’m not talking only about sports performance and strength & conditioning.

I am talking about life.

It doesn’t take a whole lot of brains to be successful in anything.

What it takes are 3 things. And the cool thing about these 3 things is that they are free.

1.   Common Sense.

2.   Critical Thinking.

3.   A Hellacious Work Ethic.

Use your brain. Think (even just a smidge) beneath the surface. Work your face off.

If you can do the above, you’re going to have a really hard time being unsuccessful in America or any developed (non-communist) country for that matter.

But the problem is that even in 2024, with access to quality information like we’ve never had ease of access to before, we are still a society that has to put ‘do not eat’ labels on dishwasher detergent.

The masses of average people who end up living their lives complaining about “the way things are” always stay residing smack dab in the middle of Mediocre-Ville (or a town far worse).

And it has nothing to do with lack of education or “bad luck” but everything to do with lacking at least 1 of the 3: common sense, critical thinking skills, and/or a work ethic.

But back to training.

Kid’s don’t know what they are doing.

At all.

Hell, most adults don’t know what they are doing.

This is why it is critical to have our kids coached by professionals in the realm of training.

The most elite athletes in the world have TEAMS of performance coaches, TEAMS.

And your 15-year-old can do it on his own with his army of broccoli headed skinny armed buddies doing burn out sets of curls and abs?

We teach our kids that not money, but time is our greatest asset, right?

It’s 100% true, but then we subject them to years of improper and unsafe performance and overall HEALTH protocols in an effort to save a few bucks?

We’re pissing away their most formidable YEARS to be properly taught & positively impacted in the realm of health & fitness at the (monumental) expense of a resource far more valuable than money.
