Silence confirms your allegiance with the heavily broken standard.
“If you care about youth athlete health & sport performance, it’s your moral obligation to speak up & out against the broken status quo.
You’ll lose tire kicking IG followers over it, but it’s the only way our kids have a chance to be their best.
Kids > Stagnant Conformists.”

Do you think I get up every morning and get on here and write for my own personal gain?
I spend 100’s of hours a year writing and let me tell ya, at least right now, most of those hours are unpaid.
Which, if I was in this thing for the money, one could argue that my time could be better allocated elsewhere.
But I’ll tell you why I get up and hammer the keyboard.
I have a moral obligation too.
And I believe you do too, especially if you care about our most precious demographic, our kids.
But see most are unwilling to do that.
Most might have some dislike or disdain for the way things are but they keep it hush hush because if “so and so” (who tf is so and so) hears about it, it may have “detrimental implications on my kid.”
But ask yourself this question, if you must suppress the truth and keep quiet so a certain subset of people don’t get offended, do you really want those (soft) people influencing the trajectory of your children’s future?
I sure as hell don’t.
Does shooting it straight and saying stuff publicly with your chest come with potential blowback?
Is it going to cause those searching for offense to label you crazy?
Are a few tire kicker, sideline commentators going to unfollow your social media accounts?
Of course.
But guess what, you don’t make a difference in silence.
In fact, when you’re silent, you’re casting a vote for the opposition. You’re confirming your allegiance with the way things are.
And it don’t take but a quick look outside to see that the way things are is broken.
From their training protocols to the politics, to the transfer culture, it’s all wrong.
It’s not the way.
And this isn’t my opinion, either.
We have facts confirming this isn’t the way.
And when we ignore facts, and make choices absent of truth, that’s called ignorance.
If you care about them, start calling a spade a spade.
It’s your moral obligation.
“The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.” -Edmund Burke
Stopping the mental, physical, & emotional retrogression of our kids starts with you.
